Use of the Platform

• Realinmo is a property visibility platform for properties made available through the Inmoconnect network.
• Property listings are supplied through Inmoconnect by the agents, developers or other authorised listing parties responsible for them.
• Visitors may browse property listings and submit enquiries regarding properties displayed on Realinmo.
• Property enquiries are processed through Inmoconnect and made available to the agent or developer responsible for the relevant listing.
• Realinmo does not represent buyers, sellers, agents or developers in any property transaction.

Listings and Content

• Property listings and related content are provided by the agents, developers or other authorised listing parties responsible for those listings.
• Listing providers are responsible for ensuring that property information, including prices, availability, descriptions, specifications, images and other content, is accurate, lawful, up to date and that they have the necessary rights or permissions to publish it.
• By providing or uploading content through Inmoconnect, the listing provider grants Realinmo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content through the Realinmo platform and its promotional channels.
• Realinmo does not independently inspect or verify properties and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or current status of information supplied by listing providers.
• Listing providers remain responsible for the content they provide.

Prohibited Activities

• Upload false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute content without authorization.

Third-Party Services

• The Platform may integrate with third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of third-party services.

Liability Disclaimer

• Realinmo is an online property visibility and listing platform. Realinmo is not a real estate agency, property developer, seller, landlord or intermediary and does not represent any party in a property transaction.
• Realinmo does not negotiate, arrange or conclude property sales or rentals and does not receive a commission or percentage from property transactions displayed through the Platform.
• Enquiries regarding individual properties are directed to the agent, developer or other listing party responsible for that property. Any subsequent communication, viewing, negotiation, agreement, payment or transaction takes place independently of Realinmo.
• Property listings, including descriptions, prices, availability, specifications, images and other information, are supplied by the relevant listing parties. Those parties are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with the content they provide.
• Realinmo does not independently inspect or verify properties, listing content or the professional services provided by agents, developers or other listing parties and cannot guarantee that information remains complete, accurate or current.
• Realinmo is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, services or contractual obligations of independent agents, developers, sellers, landlords or other third parties using or appearing on the Platform.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
• You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Privacy

• Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data.

Changes to the Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law
